SageKeeper is a brand of Team Karimganj Technology Solutions Private Limited (“SageKeeper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our engagements, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English because that is how we work.

This website and the SageKeeper service are operated by Team Karimganj Technology Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. SageKeeper is a registered brand of that company. Where this policy refers to a data controller, that controller is Team Karimganj Technology Solutions Private Limited. We collect only what we need to answer you and to run our work:

• Information you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the contents of your message. When you book a call, that scheduling is handled by our calendar provider and is subject to their processing.
• Engagement data. If we work together, we handle the business information you share with us to build and maintain your systems. That data is governed by the confidentiality and data-processing terms in our engagement agreement, not only by this website policy.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting collects standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about working together.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the SageKeeper service and this website.
• To keep records, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse.
• To send you information you have asked for. We do not send marketing email you did not request.

Our lawful bases for this processing are your consent (which you can withdraw), the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do that work. These include our email and hosting providers, our calendar scheduling provider, and standard business tools for accounting and communication. We require them to protect your information and to use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a reasonable business record, and engagement data for the life of the engagement and any period required by law or our agreement with you. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make any of these requests, email privacy@sagekeeper.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any point.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. This site uses only the cookies needed to function and, where applicable, basic analytics; it does not run advertising-tracking cookies. Our site and emails may link to third-party sites, such as our calendar provider, whose privacy practices are their own and not covered by this policy.

We may update this policy as our service or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where the change is significant, take reasonable steps to let you know.
