These commitments decide what we build, how we build it, and when we push back on you. If most of this page sounds right, we'll probably work well together. If most of it sounds wrong, better to know now.
Not a document about a system, not a roadmap, not a workshop. Every phase of every engagement is scoped around one workflow that matters weekly, and “done” means someone at your company used it this week. We will never bill you for a month whose only output was analysis and slides.
Anything we deploy, we maintain. Ownership of outcomes doesn't transfer at go-live. Maintenance, monitoring, and retraining live in the base retainer, and when something we built misbehaves in month fourteen, we fix it on our time. There is no separate charge to repair our own work.
Every claim we make is a process commitment we contractually deliver, a third-party study with the source named, or a measured result from our own clients. Ask us to guarantee a return figure and we will explain why that would be dishonest, then offer a measurement plan that makes the real outcome visible instead. That answer sometimes loses to a competitor who'll write the number. We accept that.
We write proposals a plant manager could hand to a foreman. If we can't name the workflow that hurts in your industry's own vocabulary, we're not ready to serve you, and we'll say so instead of showing up with generic material and learning on your invoice.
SageKeeper is new and says so plainly. What it isn't is thin: a 150-strong engineering bench sits behind every engagement. What we haven't proven on our own record, we tell you we haven't proven. Understating that bench to seem humble would be as dishonest as overstating our track record to seem established.
Offer us a well-paid standalone assessment and we will decline it or restructure it into a first build. The market has enough fifty-page documents in drawers.
Your people review what our systems produce, and the review only relaxes as the system earns it, measured, not assumed. Some workflows should keep a human in them permanently, and we'll tell you which.
No guaranteed returns, no invented percentages, no borrowed case studies dressed up as our own. Pattern statistics get named sources. Client results get published only when measured and permissioned.
We build systems that take the repetitive load off your team so they can do the work that needs judgment. If what you want is a headcount reduction plan, we're the wrong firm, and we'll say so on the call.
The systems run in accounts you own. The documentation is yours. Billing runs in arrears and engagements end without punitive exit clauses. Our retention plan is the quality of the work.
When we're full, we say so and offer a future start. When your industry or situation isn't one we know, we refer you onward. A misaligned engagement costs you a year and us our name.
We invoice after the work, not before. Your first month proves us, or it frees you.
You pay at the end of each month worked, never in advance. End the engagement at the end of month one and that invoice is waived. You owe nothing.
